Germany's economy is struggling as exports decline. Demand for cars and machinery has dropped due to rising competition from China and US tariffs. Experts warn German firms have lost price competitiveness, while quality advantages are fading. Government investment plans have stalled, leaving growth at just 0.2% for 2025. If funds are used effectively, a modest recovery to 1% is expected next year.
