Hong Kong is reeling from its deadliest fire in over six decades. The blaze tore through seven buildings for more than 40 hours, leaving scores missing and thousands homeless.

Families now face the harrowing task of identifying victims, while anger grows over safety lapses. Authorities have arrested three construction executives for suspected manslaughter amid claims of faulty fire alarm systems and unsafe building and renovation materials.
