Feldheim, a small village near Berlin, has become a clean‑energy success story. Its transition began over 20 years ago and now they get electricity from their own independent grid and enjoy cheap prices. Residents were won over through early, constant communication and by involving them in every planning step. Today, Feldheim even attracts new residents and tourists interested in its success.
