India is home to the world's largest population of Parsis, who follow Zoroastrianism. Descended from refugees who fled Persia centuries ago, this tight-knit community is at risk of disappearing.

India's Parsis trace their roots to modern-day Iran. They migrated to India after the Arab conquest of Persia in the 7th century. 

They follow Zoroastrianism — one of the world's oldest religions.
