Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy arrived in Paris on Tuesday for talks on security guarantees aimed at ending Russia's war. At the meeting, France and the UK pledged to send troops if a ceasefire is reached, with the US also signaling support.
French President Emmanuel Macron confirmed US involvement in front-line monitoring, while Zelenskyy said partners are ready to guarantee security on land, sea and air.
US envoy Steve Witkoff noted progress on security protocols, shifting focus to territorial disputes. Russia, however, remains opposed to NATO troops in Ukraine.
