Zelenskyy: UN to act after Bucha killings

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has called for urgent action from the UN over alleged Russian war crimes. He addressed a meeting of the UN Security Council after evidence emerged of what appeared to be a deliberate mass killing of civilians.
