Zahlreiche kleine Patienten kommen wegen Unterernähung in die Klinik, tragen aber das Aids-Virus in sich, weil sie über ihre HIV-infizierten Mütter angesteckt wurden. Das Krankenhaus wird von Unicef unterstützt. Mit einer Fernsehshow will TV-Journalistin Sabine Christiansen, die seit 1997 als Botschafterin für das UN-Kinderhilfswerk tätig ist, im Dezember Spenden u.a. für dieses Hilfsprojekt sammeln.

民進黨退席抗議，江宜樺終於上台
