高校带动性观念变革，同性恋研究进课堂

直到2001年，同性恋在中国仍然被视为一种精神疾病。现在这一禁忌已被打破。中国性观念的革命已发展到各大高校。在上海的校园里，开设了第一堂关于同性恋文化的课程，吸引了众多学生前来听课。

同性恋：爱在他乡的权利

在德国，同性恋可以堂堂正正走进市政府登记结婚，到8月1号，同性婚姻法生效一周年。那么在这里谈婚论嫁的外国同性恋者，他们有什么权利呢？

同性婚姻在德国

一年前，德国的同性恋者获得了缔结“同性婚姻”的权利。最近，联邦宪法法庭对联盟党执政的各州提出的异议作出判决，认定同性婚姻符合宪法。从而为新法律的全面执行打开了大门。德国之声记者访问了2001年8月1日结婚的第一对同性生活伴侣。

给同性恋一个说法

德国联邦宪法法院认定，同性恋婚姻符合宪法精神。德国最高法院的这一锤定音，意味着德国走在欧洲发展的趋势之列。比起西边的邻国来说，是步履蹒跚地跟在后面。

同性婚姻违反德国宪法？

联邦宪法法院将讨论同性婚姻的合法性问题。如果宪法法院的大法官们对同性婚姻说不，德国3000多登记的同性婚姻关系就将失去法律的保障了。
