US sends 15-point ceasefire proposal to Iran via Pakistan

Washington has sent a 15-point ceasefire plan to Iran via Pakistan, which has offered to host renewed talks between the US and Iran. Pakistan is among several countries pushing for a diplomatic solution to the Iran war.

While US and Israeli airstrikes continue to pummel Iran, the Trump administration is also apparently trying to coax Tehran to the negotiating table.  Washington has sent a 15-point ceasefire plan to Iran via Pakistan, which has offered to host renewed talks between the US and Iran.
